SilverDell's award-winning “artisan” ice cream is made by the proprietor Elaine on the premises using Ayrshire milk and cream as well as only the finest quality ingredients, many imported from Italy.

Elaine works to her own recipes and spends many hours creating the distinctive tastes and textures of delights with over 100 different flavours so far!

SilverDell's Vanilla has won many awards for being the best vanilla ice cream in Lancashire. People travel for miles to enjoy our best-selling Kirkham Krunch - and Bubblegum Gunk has become a daily treat to many families in the community.

There is a viewing window into her dairy, through which she can often be seen hard at work, surrounded by all her flavourings and ‘inclusions’!
